Global Session Tune List

We have an ever growing repertoire of tunes from all corners of the world that have been shared by our brilliant community at our previous Global Sessions. You can access the full collection of our favourite tunes, along with links to recordings below. These tunes are often revisited in the jam session portion of the Global Session evenings so it’s a good place to start if you’re thinking of joining us!

Workshop Resources

We love to teach by ear, and think this really works when all playing together, but we also know that everyone (ourselves included!) needs a memory aid. If you have attended one of our previous workshops you can access the relevant resources by following the link below.

“The Birmingham Folk Team are making an amazing contribution to community music-making. We are learning from skilled musicians and facilitators who ensure that everyone is able to participate. There are great opportunities to make new musical friends, playing together and learning new music from each other”

— Sarah
